So much confusion, what is real ?

A global catastrophe like the one going on right now is something we have never experienced before. And with use being quarantined and order to stay in our homes, we find ourselves bombarded with conflicting information, points of view and opinions about what Covid19 actually is, where it came from, what it's really doing ? We see countless videos of empty hospitals all the while the Government is broadcasting through the mainstream media what appears to be a hell on earth over and over. And with the mainstream media having done a full, 100% transfer from TV broadcast to streaming services, they have virtually taken over YouTube and creating so many different versions of their programs drowning out ANY and ALL alternative points of view for ALL of their narratives. I search and I search and not only are they being drown out, but they are actively being deleted, banned or rendered unreachable by YouTube themselves ! These are dark and sinister times we live in.
